Whenever time allows, Heath also teaches intensive acting seminars around the country. Originally from South Dakota and Colorado, Heath stays grounded to his roots by taking several yearly survival excursions - in the summer and winter - into California's High Sierra Mountains. Heath is also a regular on the celebrity charity golf circuit, and other hobbies include woodworking and anything horse related.
